The Challenge

ServiceNow was expanding its Regulated Markets team and required three NV1 cleared Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to support operations in a high-demand, high-security environment. Internal recruitment teams were already overextended, managing multiple hiring initiatives across other squads. Compounding the challenge, they had previously hit challenges sourcing and placing security-cleared engineers.

Results

We delivered a shortlist of 12 fully vetted, NV1-cleared SRE candidates within 10 days All 3 roles were filled in under 6 weeks.
